The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the town center, banks, and a supermarket. the facilities are beautiful, with a lovely garden setting and a peaceful atmosphere. the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom. the buffet breakfast provided was impressive, with a wide variety of options including scrambled eggs, gallo pinto, pancakes, and fresh fruit.
The WiFi in our room was not functioning properly, making it difficult for us to search for nearby restaurants, bars, and activities.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, with clean bathrooms and mosquito nets. Convenient location, close to main square, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. Great ambience with a popular bar and restaurant attached.
Lack of a hangout area to meet people, as the bar/restaurant serves as the only gathering spot. Water refill stations for reusable bottles were unavailable, resulting in the need to buy plastic bottles.

Conveniently located in the city with a lively atmosphere. Private room with king bed was secluded near the courtyard garden. Friendly staff made me feel like part of the family. The colonial building's wooden doors and folkloric mural added to the charm. Enjoyed the events and live music at the bar/restaurant area.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to the main attractions and a supermarket. The courtyard was lovely with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy. The bed in our room was huge and extremely comfortable.
The staff were uninterested during check-in and lacked helpfulness. We had to seek them out for basic information like wifi and breakfast times.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds with their crisp white sheets. The bathroom, although basic, was well-maintained and suited my needs. the presence of a mosquito net and a working fan made my stay more enjoyable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
One drawback of my stay was the limited dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. I found it challenging to locate good restaurants within walking distance.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable double room, complete with a private bathroom and a refreshing high roof and fan combo.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering more variety or specials to jazz up the options.

Double room with en-suite. Relaxing communal areas with hammocks. Good central location. Friendly staff, some offering help despite limited English. Nice breakfast options: crepes with bananas, eggs with rice and beans, fresh fruit with granola and yogurt. Volcano Day tours available with fun, English-speaking staff. great value for money.
